We’re seeking a charismatic, professional, and client-focused individual capable of representing the company at the highest level. You’ll excel at maintaining composure and professionalism under pressure, ensuring client satisfaction even in challenging situations.
The Role
This key position sits within the PROGRAM team and reports to the Global SVP of Client Relations based in the U.S. As this is a remote-working role, candidates must be located in the UK and possess the permanent right to work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Focus on Business Development (no new business / cold) within the existing client base, emphasising relationship growth rather than new business acquisition.
• Mentor and strategically guide Account Directors to maximize their pipelines, revenue, and margins.
• Leverage expertise in custom-built exhibits and high-end corporate chalets, ensuring these high-value projects meet and exceed client expectations.
• Conduct SWOT analyses, craft business plans, and contribute to the strategic direction of the department.
• Represent the company professionally and charismatically, especially when navigating challenges.
• Travel internationally as needed; a valid driver’s license is essential.
Ideal Qualifications & Experience:
• Extensive experience in managing custom-built exhibits and luxury corporate chalets, distinct from general events.
• Proven track record in successfully growing existing client relationships and driving revenue within a competitive marketplace.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing teams and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to create and execute strategic plans.

Requirements:
• 10+ years of sales and sales leadership experience, preferably in the exhibits, custom product/marketing solutions, or advertising industry.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, marketing, or communications. MBA a plus.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to build, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
