This week we heard that as many as 92% of businesses in the biggest ever trial of the four-day week, have decided to continue with the scheme, citing the results as ‘incredible’.
UK think tank Autonomy, alongside academics at the University of Cambridge and Boston College found businesses reported revenues rising by 1.4% on average over the 6-month period, with employees citing improved mental and physical wellbeing. 39% of employees felt less stressed, and 71% felt less burnt out.
