Project Executive / Senior Project Coordinator - London based

Salary £28,000 - £30,000
A dynamic, bright, and articulate Production Coordinator, who has worked for a production agency since 2018. Their role saw them undertaking a range of production responsibilities, including logistics, where they were regularly responsible for planning internal events, and parties etc. in addition to creating production schedules, including crew arrival times, equipment delivery schedules and timeframes for setting up and transporting items. This individual was also involved in organising travel for the cast and crew, and they have experience of co ordinating crews ranging from 10 to 100 people. The projects were mainly TV, Film and Commercials, and their role was busy and saw them regularly prioritising their workload and multi-tasking. They thrived in this environment and being able to problem solve, and work in a team environment to support the Production and Project Managers. They were also the first point of contact for clients, something they particularly enjoyed. A motivated and can-do person, this candidate undertook a Junior Content Producer apprenticeship in 2018, and it factored in their time as a Runner, where they were a contractor for 2 years, working on a range of different productions, including adverts and social media campaigns for clients such as New Look. Due to the challenging market, this individual was made redundant alongside several of the team in October, and they have continued to work on a contractor basis for the agency. They are keen to use their TV and Film production skills, and work in an event environment, ideally in a production environment.
Logistics Coordinator – London based

A polished and articulate events candidate, who is currently working for an event comms agency in London, working across many live, mainly pharma events. Having graduated from university in 2021, this individual used their degree to become a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner for a year, before following their ambition to work within events. In 2023, they joined their current employer and during this time, she has been actively involved in working across a range of international events, such as conferences, as well as meetings, dinners, congresses, and investigator meetings. She has excellent exposure working on event logistics, regularly managing large delegate numbers, and negotiating with venues, and managing several suppliers including AV agencies. This candidate is also adept at using Cvent and Salesforce. With large delegate numbers, they are often called upon to respond to situations and are regularly working with local contacts across international venues in the Middle East, Europe, and the US. Typically, this individual manages travel and accommodation for over 4,000 delegates and is often called upon to resolve situations where required. They also coordinate on site events, and organises both live and hybrid events, working to event budgets and ensuring that the compliance within the pharma sector is adhered to. The pace within the agency is fast, and this candidate loves how dynamic and varied their role is, and they thrive being flexible and a key member of the team.
Event Project Manager – London based

A refreshing agency Project Management candidate who is currently working as a Project Manager on a contract basis for an event agency, where they are involved in delivering a range of events from brief to the live event, working on experiential projects, incentives, and award ceremonies typically. These events often have complex production needs, which see them collaborating with designers and creatives in terms of content etc. Prior to their current role, this individual worked for a highly regarded agency for 3 years, working their way to the role as a Project Manager. Their position saw them working on end-to-end project management, where they worked with a range of mainly corporate and pharma clients. The events themselves are largely live, with some virtual events too, with a global reach, meaning this candidate is very used to being on site. This individual was regularly involved in creating client proposals and creating and managing project schedules, as well as being a key part of maintaining close client relationships and developing new ones. They are also adept at sourcing venues for the projects and to working with a range of suppliers. This candidate sees themselves as being well versed in managing a range of logistics and in addition they can build and design event sites, using specialist event software and managing the process. Types of events varied but internal events and incentive events are very typical, alongside conferences, congresses, meetings, and trade shows. Articulate with a natural empathy in their personal style, this individual is seeking a Project Manager role where they can work in a fast moving and collaborate environment, juggling timelines and forging relationships with clients and suppliers alike.
Pharma Project Manager – London based

This is an accomplished and experienced event Project Manager, who strikes me as a quality candidate who has significant experience of managing end to end projects, particularly with corporate and pharmaceutical clients within an agency setting. Working for a leading event agency for just over 2 years, they have significant experience of managing mid to large scale congresses and conferences, in addition to investigator meetings and symposiums etc, in addition to dinners and exhibitions Budget wise these are wide ranging, but typically around the £350k to £450k mark, although they have worked as part of a team on projects of around £1million. Working as a key part of an established delivery team, this individual regularly works with suppliers and has forged strong relationships with their global clients. They are also adept at managing the compliance elements of the events, and they are used to leading cross functional teams within their role, developing project plans and overseeing event strategies. This candidate is used to handling logistics too, from sourcing venues to onsite coordination around the events. Prior to their current role, they worked for a corporate institution where they would manage up to 50 events annually, and these were both in person and virtual, and their previous role as an Events Manager within a Venue organisation gave them valuable insight which they have used in their more recent positions.
Finance Manager ( Event Agency Experience) – London Based

This is a dynamic event finance and commercial candidate, who is currently working for a leading global creative agency, where they have been based for around 2 years. A graduate who has experience in managing the commercial overview within the agency, they are also involved in managing high profile client relationships with a range of technology and corporate clients, and their role sees them working closely with the delivery team. Their role sees them generating reports using budgeting software Procim, and they regularly have meetings with the project teams where they review progress and addresses several challenges with delivery. Working collaboratively, this individual manages and reports on business cash flow and they are adept at managing supplier relationships. In addition, they manage accounts receivable, and they regularly raise sales invoices in addition to credit control and updating cashflow forecasting. Working with the Commercial Accountant, this candidate analyses financial data such as timesheet status and revenue recognition, and they firmly have company profitability in view. They often make recommendations for improvements to current processes, and suggests ways of working more efficiently, and one example of this is their introducing a new credit card payment platform. This individual prepares month end reconciliations, and they are often involved in running training sessions for new team member and to ensure best practice is adhered to. A warm and well-heeled candidate, who combines a keen interest in events with a strong commercial and financial focus, it is no surprise that they graduated with a 2.1 in Economics from Sussex University.
Creative Event Producer – London based.

Currently working as a Project Director for a leading creative agency where they focus on leading and arranging a multitude of events. This individual works on a range of high-profile automotive events, from trade shows, press events and drives, brand activations and product launches. At the heart of their role is the client management element, and they are adept at developing and nurturing relationships with their clients, to understand their goals and wider needs, working closely with them to deliver customised solutions and lead to client satisfaction. Working with a range of suppliers such as venues, vehicle transportation management alongside being regularly on site. Before this candidate's current role, they worked for just under 2 years as a Project Director at a smaller agency.
