EW OPPORTUNITY - SEEKING SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER - EVENTS & COMMUNICATIONS, AGENCY SIDE - Manchester £45k             We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager Events & Communications to join the teams in our client’s Manchester office.  You’ll be working with some key clients across a variety of events. You will have strong operational event experience & comfortable dealing with large scale events and budgets. Ideally you will be used to working in an agency environment juggling a variety of projects & clients at one time.  Project Management – full responsibility for managing the delivery of a portfolio of client projects including large scale and high budget.Taking on or overseeing others in briefing internal departments, supplier liaison, content development, technical, logistics and delegate management. Content Development – Inspiring creativity & emotional engagement. Organising & facilitating creative meetings, enabling, and overseeing creative content solutions for videos & events and supporting material for projects.Financial Management – Full control of all live project budgets & preparation of quotes, working to agreed margin targets.ROI – Following client buy-in with responsibility for delivering & implementing ROI using a framework to determine the effectiveness of events through setting and measuring clear objectives.Client Management – Heading up day to day client relationships. Leading & facilitating project related meetings.  Creating touch-points with more senior contacts, understanding client strategy to enable higher level conversations and communicating client opportunities. CRM – responsible for keeping CRM up to date with client contacts, updating notes etc. Previous event production experience ideally in an agency environment at a Senior Account Manager level or equivalentLarge budget event experience – including internationalExperience of content development and how to bring alive messaging in a conference environmentExperienced in using ROI methodology – preferable but not essentialExperience of working with internal communications teams - preferable but not essentialExperience of video production - preferable but not essential This position would suit: Senior Account Manager Events, Events Account Manager, Events Senior Account Manager, Client Services Director Agency, Agency Client Services Director, Account Director Live Events, Account Director Events and Communications, Client Services Director Events, Events Services Director, Head of Client Services, Director of Client Services, Account Director Client Services Director Field Marketing, Events Project Director Events Project Manager, Events Projects Manager, Senior Account Manager Event Delivery, Senior Account Manager Senior Account Manager Live Events, Live Events Project Director.We are urgently recruiting for this position, please contact us ASAP.#eventprofs #eventrecruitment #senioraccountmanagerevents
