Exhibition project manager who can deliver complex projects from start to finish working with a varied production team dealing with clients, stakeholders & suppliers. An individual with good technical knowledge and communication skills, who is organised, adaptable, creative and a good communicator.
Project Manager on a wide range of live exhibition & events UK and abroad
Work as part of the account and creative team with responsibility for full end to end delivery of complex exhibition and event projects
On site management and liaison with suppliers, organisers, client
Pre event supplier / organiser liaison
Site services ordering, management
Client & stakeholder liaison
Project financial management and reporting
Skills & Qualifications:
Good all-rounder with strong project management skills
Comfortable with travelling
Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical industry advantageous
Good communicator that can handle stressful and fast moving situations on site
Thorough knowledge of the exhibition industry and experience of delivering complex projects
Good time management and organisational skills
Proven experience of working on large-scale events
