Role overview

Exhibition project manager who can deliver complex projects from start to finish working with a varied production team dealing with clients, stakeholders & suppliers. An individual with good technical knowledge and communication skills, who is organised, adaptable, creative and a good communicator.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Project Manager on a wide range of live exhibition & events UK and abroad

  • Work as part of the account and creative team with responsibility for full end to end delivery of complex exhibition and event projects

  • On site management and liaison with suppliers, organisers, client

  • Pre event supplier / organiser liaison

  • Site services ordering, management 

  • Site visits

  • Client & stakeholder liaison

  • Project financial management and reporting

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Good all-rounder with strong project management skills 

  • Comfortable with travelling

  • Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical industry advantageous

  • Good communicator that can handle stressful and fast moving situations on site

  • Problem solver

  • Thorough knowledge of the exhibition industry and experience of delivering complex projects

  • Good time management and organisational skills 

  • Proven experience of working on large-scale events
