Role overview


Exhibition project manager who can deliver complex projects from start to finish working with a

varied production team dealing with clients, stakeholders & suppliers. An individual with good

technical knowledge and communication skills, who is organised, adaptable, creative and a good

communicator.



Responsibilities:

  •  Project Manager on a wide range of live exhibition & events UK and abroad

  •  Work as part of the account and creative team with responsibility for full end to end deliveryof complex exhibition and event projects

  •  On site management and liaison with suppliers, organisers, client

  •  Pre event supplier / organiser liaison

  •  Site services ordering, management

  •  Site visits

  •  Client & stakeholder liaison

  •  Project financial management and reporting



Skills & Qualifications:


  •  Good all-rounder with strong project management skills

  •  Comfortable with travelling

  •  Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical industry advantageous

  •  Good communicator that can handle stressful and fast moving situations on site

  •  Problem solver

  •  Thorough knowledge of the exhibition industry and experience of delivering complex projects

  •  Good time management and organisational skills

  •  Proven experience of working on large-scale events
