The opportunity


The Client Services Manager role within the company and is tasked with managing client relationships with existing and new opportunities to drive business growth and value.


The Client Services Manager will display company values and passion for the client work undertaken, and will form the first impression for our business to existing and new clients, so a strong sense of confidence in ability to pitch and describe your ideas is key.

Whilst displaying considered commercial planning and solutions, creative problem solving and a can so attitude.



Key responsibilities


  • Develop our business within all existing clients.

  • Own all communications with key client accounts, ensuring that each project has a clear pathway and can be delivered by the wider teams

  • Visible, accurate and constant updates on commercial performance on client accounts and projects

  • Strong, clear and detailed client communications, held and managed within company CRM

  • Display and promote our values and beliefs and live the brand every day

  • Sales Functions that this role is responsible for include:

  • Support the HOC, & SCSM to build and develop account plans for existing key clients

  • Lead on key client accounts and develop strategies to further the level of business within them and plan succession to new team members by developing broad understanding and recording within an account plan

  • Utilise client knowledge and understanding to be proactive in the sharing of ideas and initiatives to existing clients, supported by Creative and Project delivery functions, under your leadership.

  • Reconnect with historical clients for any potential opportunities

  • Grow existing client business by nurturing and researching possible upcoming work and projects for them.

  • Work with SMT for opportunities to add value and embed company at creative stage of existing and potential new clients – workshops physical/virtual/at their location. #

  • Ensure the CRM information is up to date with client categories and communication history.

  • Joint & sole attendance to sales and project meetings for existing & new business accounts.

  • Creating and distribute sales presentations as required. o Administration on sales contracts. #

  • Commercial Function that this role is responsible for include:

  • Preparation and management for quoting/ PO/ Invoice process through sales software.

  • Balance margin with client perception of value, and ensure we are building long term growth.

  • Updates and report building on HubSpot on all client data. Ensuring up to date client financial planning is available to the business.

  • Joint meeting minutes and action management.

  • Project manage all process into all stages of work, and champion internally.

  • Reconciliation of all projects associated with client project

  • Ensure total visibility of planned requirements to the business through pipelines, HubSpot and resource trackers.

  • Client visits and internal meetings to lead & provide support.

  • Studio Function support: o Briefing and collation of client requirements for pitches and creative responses, into internal and external studio resource.

  • Assist in creation of pitch templates and responses. Operational Function support: o Oversight for delivery of projects for specific clients.

  • Ensure that clients briefs have a considered and tangible objective, which can be measured and success assessed against it.

  • Ensure post event wrap reports and key learnings are actioned to continue conversations, and move on positive sentiment and new opportunities.

  • Provide onsite support to service clients on live projects.

  • Head Office Functions that this role is responsible for include:

  • Weekly commercial updates on projects to Finance.

  • Delivery of all internal processes whilst looking to develop these going forward. o Support on process updates.

  • Display at all times the company key values
