The opportunity


The Client Experience Executive ensures that all client administration and the day to day commercial team requirements are undertaken and provides direct support to the Commercial Team to operate and manage the business and sales processes efficiently.


  • Ensure adherence to the Sales processes with the Team

  • Processing orders received from existing and new accounts, ensuring the CRM (HubSpot) system is updated

  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure relevant pricing is available for quotations and proposals Produce quotations for add-on customer requirements e.g. additional work etc

  • Liaise with the Finance Department to assist with billing queries

  • Arrange meetings for customers when required

  • Arrange and organise meetings for Commercial Team using their shared calendars

  • Attend customer meetings with the Team when requested

  • Ensure invoices are correct against original quotations or prepare updated quotations where necessary

  • Check with Finance that invoices have been issued in line with contract dates

  • Assist the Team with tender process where requested – information gathering, standard paragraphs, presentations

  • Work with the Team to identify opportunities, following up on events and new business initiatives Work with the team to ensure that services are delivered as per contract and that any client complaints/queries are dealt with as they arise, working with the Team to respond immediately to achieve a satisfactory conclusion

  • Collation and organisation of all quotation, schedule of works and debriefing files are stored and used correctly

  • Ensure the CRM system is updated as per company standards

  • Creating agendas, taking minutes at all meetings internal and external, then distribute to all stakeholders

  • Complete Marketing administration activities in line with Marketing Executive

  • Work with senior team to develop and own internal templates/process documents for consistency across tasks
