We are looking for a dedicated Technology Solutions Coordinator for a super cool, creative and caring client of ours. A full-service engagement agency delivering magic for audiences in virtual, hybrid and live events, strategy, content, production and technology. They are a communication, engagement and logistical agency for some of the world’s leading organizations.


To support the Technology team in the ongoing maintenance and delivery of internal technology projects. Working closely with our external technology partners, including infrastructure, hardware and software services. Providing administrative support to Associate Director, Technology and other team members as necessary.


  • Be responsible for the liaison with client for new starters and leavers, processing requests and supporting with the set up and configuration of the new equipment required.

  • Track and maintain the company asset log, detailing all equipment owned including condition and any repair or replacement requests with the approval of Associate Director, Technology.

  • Manage inbound requests to technology inbox, including feature suggestions, platform feedback and maintenance notifications.

  • Attend technology update meetings giving updates on any challenges faced or known IT issues within the company, responsible for minutes and distribution to relevant parties following the meeting.

  • Work closely with Technology Operations Lead to check and update technology team workload tracker in line with new opportunities on a weekly basis

  • Support with technology communications internally for new project launches and updates on and ongoing basis.

  • Provide administrative support to Associate Director, Technology and other members of the Technology Management team including (but not limited to) managing inbound meeting requests, task management & scheduling and notes. Other Key responsibilities and accountabilities: Governance

  • Liaise with Governance team to ensure any process or template updates are communicated.

  • Ensure compliance with all client and company SLAs

  • Data privacy - ensure compliance with all client and company privacy and security protocols o Ensure compliance with GDPR 2018 regulations o Flag to Line Manager or Operations Lead any concerns regarding data privacy immediately.

  • Follow all company processes, including client specific PL360 templates and processes as required

  • Client Management - support Technology Team in preparation of data for client/project status meetings

  • Attend client meetings, calls and reviews as required Project Delivery.

  • Attend ‘kick off’ meetings to ensure full understanding of project requirement and delivery timeframes.

  • Occasional travel to assist client Events onsite (this could be worldwide) General • Work collaboratively with Board, peers, and all teams to ensure effective delivery of all client projects, including travelling on site as required.

  • Attend company training days as and when required.

  • Attend company meetings as and when required.

  • Undertake any additional task as required to support the business.
