Our client is a creative technology agency with offices in London and Dubai. They create unique, innovative experiences with cutting-edge technology. They are now looking for a Senior Business Development Director/Account Director to work in theri sales team.
As the Senior Business Development Director/Account Director you will be responsible for and developing your key accounts and ensuring they are managed with first class client service skills and techniques. You will also be responsible for identifying and responding to business development opportunities and enduring they are handled by yourself of the new business team.
Reporting to the CEO you will be responsible for developing and executing the client account plans and delivering your revenue and GP targets.
You will be a vital part of delivering the Sales plan for London, taking responsibility for delivering your own targets and as a senior member of the Commercial Team.
Be responsible for the development and achievement of sales through the direct sales channel and Key Accounts.
With the account team, focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business.
Write and maintain account plans for all current key accounts.
Produce detailed creative and technical proposals through the understanding of taking client briefs and the technology available to deliver a competitive and bespoke solution using company templates and formats.
Working with the account team, you will act as a key interface between the customer and all relevant departments at the client, and take ownership of opportunities from brief to invoicing.
Strive to understand installations both permanent and temporary.
Strive to understand technology and its components to become self-sufficient in all disciplines in line with the client offer.
Present proposals with a creative flair to aid closing and communication to client teams
To hit and achieve the monthly sales target that the role holds.
Keep the company CRM system up to date and accurate.
Deliver reports to the CEO in a timely manner on a weekly basis.
Prepare for and attend weekly sales meetings and present all sales activity.
Work in line with the Marketing to maximise sales based on the marketing effort
Work with the Production department in a professional manner to generate creative and technically achievable proposals for clients
Work in line with the company sales procedure.
You will be expected to have the following skills and knowledge:
In depth knowledge of the creative, content, technology, production and advisory markets
Ability to give strategic guidance to clients at board level
Be commercially driven
Expert in building client relationships
Understand sales structures and techniques
Ability to create visual proposals and decks
Previous experience of working with/in big companies or big agencies
Previous experience of growing existing client accounts
Excellent understanding of Sales Force CRM system
Knowledge of the innovative technological environment that Engage operate i
Ideally have a back ground in property sector to help in this sector of the biz.
