Role Description

Our client is a creative, leading communications and events agency based in Greater London. They offer a beautiful working environment and pay particular attention to employee well-being; this is demonstrated throughout the organisation and ethos.  They are now recruiting for a Project Coordinator to lead smaller projects and key accounts from pitch stage through to onsite, working closely with clients and the internal departments to ensure we deliver projects that exceed the clients’ expectations, on time and to budget. On larger projects and accounts the role will involve reporting into the Project Leader or owner with emphasis on excellent administration and leading on specific work streams.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator:

  • Leading the client on the journey from their objectives to their success

  • Be able to take a brief from a client and lead internal teams

  • Collecting and curating content (as required)

  • To lead, monitor, contribute to and input information to schedules and budgets

  • Maximise and develop relationships with individuals and appointed companies

  • To act as the communications hub for the project team, communicating with stakeholders

  • Work with the Project leads to identify and to mitigate any stakeholder concerns and risks

  • Work with multiple departments to coordinate the client requirements

  • Work for the project team on one particular account to ensure the account director is supported

  • Lead on small scale projects for the account team with overview from the account director

  • Preparing for and contributing to and minuting client meetings

  • On site duties

  • Supplier liaison and coordination

  • Undertaking research and development of project elements as identified

  • Timely reporting of time spent against each project
