Role Description

Our client is a leading Events Agency with offices in London and Manchester who create and deliver unforgettable experiences. They work with some of the world’s best known brands, bringing to life their messages through events and conferences in the UK and around the globe.

They have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding Delegate Manager to join their Healthcare Logistics team to work for one of their key pharmaceutical clients. The role will include organising the  logistics of registration, travel and accommodation, and would suit someone with experience in the pharmaceutical sector and ideally specific experience of clinical events such as Investigator Meetings and Advisory Boards.

This role can be based in London Or Manchester.

The role of Delegate Manager:


The successful candidate will support the Project Manager and designated team in the effective and timely delivery of the delegate management, both in pre-production, on-site and post-production. There may be the opportunity to deliver their own smaller meetings.

Your role will include:

  • Participate in venue search, evaluate venues and proposals with the support of the Project Manager and complete proposals and budgets for client submission

  • Efficiently and successfully organise and co-ordinate the logistics and administration of all registration, travel and accommodation requirements

  • Respond to internal and external enquiries in a timely manner

  • Collaborate effectively with key suppliers

  • Produce, review, monitor and action all event related documentation, ensuring that appropriate records are maintained and filed correctly.

  • Continuously provide high quality on-site support


Who the Delegate Manager will be!

  • Experienced in the use of registration systems [CVENT preferred]

  • Delegate management experience in the pharmaceutical sector

  • Venue search [preferred – but not essential]

  • With enthusiasm in abundance, you will be highly motivated, proactive, organised and methodical and have a keen eye for detail

  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills

  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

  • The flexibility to travel overseas and work from other agency locations in the UK
