Role Description

Our client is a growing experiential live communications agency based in Liverpool.  They work across a variety of sectors to deliver memorable experiences. They are looking for a Senior Producer to successfully plan and deliver large scale or highly complex projects, and to maintain active client relationships and support strategic account growth through delivery.

The Responsibilities of the Senior Producer

To demonstrate a proven track record of being the client lead for a wide range of project types, successfully delivering complex and high-profile projects and overseeing the delivery team

· Effectively interpret a client brief, understanding and extracting the key objectives and information needed to provide a successful response

· Co-ordinate and drive the creative process for pitches and live projects, steering both internal departments and external partners where necessary

· Confidently and successfully lead live pitches and external meetings with high profile stakeholders

· Lead and mentor your team by providing support, guidance and training to drive their career progression goals

· Effectively source and collaborate with suppliers, freelancers and partners, ensuring suitability and alignment to the client brand and ethos

· Regularly report project and budgetary updates to the commercial and operations team as required

· Consistently meet company commercial KPI’s ensuring value and the best possible experience for the client

· Consistently demonstrate effective time management skills that positively contribute to company-wide productivity targets

· Support in the delivery of each account development plan, fostering positive client relationships and supporting account growth, in conjunction with the Client Services Director
