Summary of role

Currently seeking a fun and organized conceptual Senior 3D Designer to bring their ideas, experience, and passion to a growing experiential agency team. Working collaboratively within a team and on an individual projects, for everything live – whether it’s physical spaces and experiences or fully virtual.

We cover everything B2C and sometimes B2B and that takes us everywhere from brand experiences, product launches, celebrations, stunts, exhibitions, and roadshows. We also cross all the boxes in all forms of sporting hospitality from Rugby to Formula One.

If you are a lead 3D Designer or you are looking to step up to a lead role, working on conceptual, creative projects and mentoring a team of junior Designers, then this role is for you! The ideal candidate will see themselves promoted to a Design Director within the near future.

Personal Specification

Ideally someone from either an experiential, 3D, expo or retail background.

Essential skills/Qualifications

• Highly organised and an attention to detail

• Understanding of how things happen in real and virtual life and how they are made

• A good grasp on taking thoughts and concepts into the 3D space

Role requirements

• Digesting client and internal briefs and working collaboratively to deliver creative solutions to clients’ problems

• Crafting 3D solutions from concept stage to build intent level drawings and visualisations

• Telling a strategic narrative and level of storytelling behind the ideas

• Pushing boundaries to conceptualise ideas that excite both the clients and our own client teams

• Proficient in some or more of the below packages:

• Adobe Suite

• 3D software (Sketchup, MAX or C4D)

• CAD planning and Visualisation (Autocad or Vectorworks)
