Providing event; strategy, creative, tech, production and logistics services and we also create all forms of content to integrate with our clients’ wider marketing initiatives.


  • To lead the logistical requirements of all event projects under your remit (including onsite management), whilst overseeing the client relationship and budget control with a proactive approach

  • Assist with research and development of new business pitches where necessary

  • Work in conjunction with other departments in order to deliver innovative solutions to client briefs

  • Working with global clients on a wide range of live international residential and non residential events including conferences, road-shows, product launches, exhibitions, team building, business meetings, hospitality and incentives for numbers ranging from from 20 – 2000 pax


  • Own client relationships and grow account(s) year on year

  • Translating event briefs into clear project plans and successful delivery

  • Act in accordance with client’s service agreements and adhere to their regulations

  • Research and recommend appropriate venues in line with brief

  • Negotiate with suppliers to ensure contracts provide clients and with the best offering

  • Coordinate logistics planning and lead Work In Progress calls and meetings

  • Provide onsite management of meetings and events

  • Implement contingency plans as needed onsite and solve problems seamlessly

  • Awareness and understanding of staging and technical elements

  • Identify new events ideas to develop the existing portfolio of projects

  • Ensure all events are run to the compliance regulations

Personal Development

  • Maintaining industry knowledge and contacts

  • Personal industry knowledge development

  • Attend networking events with industry suppliers

  • Working closely with internal departments across the business


  • Ensures all projects meet or exceed profitability targets

  • Track all event project budgets ensuring details are current, liaise with the Accounts department to timeline payments

  • Ensure timesheets are kept up to date

  • Ensure budgets are updated regularly

  • Manage all supplier payment terms and keep finance informed of all dates

New Business

  • Contributing to the pitch process for new events, developing and submitting event proposals to the client

  • Develop relationships with past clients – integrate into the business

  • Nurture and grow new business opportunities with existing clients

  • Find new opportunities inline with company marketing strategy


  • A degree or equivalent vocational experience/qualification

  • Fully literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

  • Aventri and Cvent knowledge desirable

  • A working knowledge of a second language (French and German preferable)
