Providing event; strategy, creative, tech, production and logistics services and we also create all forms of content to integrate with our clients’ wider marketing initiatives.


To support the Production with all events including logistical organisation, event management and transport. To include the end to end running of small events, mini-expos and exhibitions building a relationship with clients and looking for repeat business and or new business opportunities.

Working closely with the Producers and Senior Producers supporting them in event delivery.

  • Leading with small to mid-weight events, liaising with the client, building the budget, organise and manage suppliers to co-ordinate the event

  • Budget reconciliation

  • Creating POs for purchases

  • Booking video calls with team and our clients

  • Internal emails and general admin including timesheets

  • Manage Expo administration booking electrics, scanners, flooring, wi-fi and other bookings for Expo’s

  • Incentives/Giveaways: Sourcing based on briefs, PPT ideas for client, logistics of fulfilling and shipping

  • Client and supplier liaison and interaction

  • Booking and onboarding new suppliers

  • Hybrid support for Production team

  • Booking entertainment/activities for events

  • Providing Research and contributing to client proposals based on briefs

  • Attending events to support Producers/Senior Producers

  • Team event calendar is updated based on new live jobs on the NB WIP

  • Self-managing own workload

  • Event H&S risk assessment paperwork and RAMs document

  • Ability to think sustainably when putting on an event for a client

  • Providing and influencing eco-friendly sustainable options to a client

Technology & Equipment

  • Booking Tech kit in and out of supporting the Production coordinator

  • Sending and receiving equipment to and from events with preferred suppliers

  • Supporting the Production Coordinator with courier services to ensure kit arrives at Storage ready for shipment to events and expo’s

Securely packaging kit before sending out so that damages are prevented


  • Events Degree or equivalent industry experience

  • Fully literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Additional languages would be desirable

Key Skills/Experience

  • Friendly, happy proactive person

  • Being able to forsee issues arising from decisions being made and pre-empt solutions

  • Critical thinking

  • Good working knowledge of geographical locations

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to work in a well ordered and methodical manner

  • Ability to keep client and Company information confidential

  • Can work effectively independently

  • Ideally has experience of working within a similar environment

  • Previous experience with undertaking risk assessments and method statements

  • Wide knowledge of all current, new and upcoming technical products

  • Experience of Smart Sheets and Procim desirable but not essential

  • Full passport

  • Right to work in UK
