Bringing audiences together physically, virtually or a combination of the two, they’ll find innovative ways for them to connect with content and with one another. A full-service event agency created in 2009 and operating out of our central London office, delivering events and drawing inspiration from across the globe. Multiple award winninr, in recent years from Challenger Agency of the Year to Grand Prix for C&IT Awards for virtual work.
They exist to help clients re-imagine their events – to deliver what today’s business audience really values from experiences. Offering a 360 service from creative concept through to delivery. Centred around three main departments Accounts team, Creative studio and Production department. Capabilities for fully virtual events, hybrid event including a broadcast studio in central London and physical event executions.

Purpose
The Creative Lead plays a vital role in developing relationships with prospective clients as well as maximising opportunities with existing clients by sharing our approach, work and services. The role offers a diverse range of responsibilities across both sales and marketing activities and reports into the Company Board.

A talented event industry creative who combines hands-on design skills with the ability to direct other designers
You bring energy to the creative process and is excited to further build our Studios as a central part of the agency
Someone who can generate event concepts
Innovation mindset – excited about the merging of physical and digital experiences
A good communicator with a passion for devising and selling experiences to clients
Excited about the potential to develop with the agency and build a creative team
Specifications
Ability to take broad creative view of an event. Leading the concept and having a vision for how it comes to life across every touchpoint
Able to direct a concept across all disciplines: visualisation, identity, screen content, etc
Used to interfacing with production teams and with an understanding of the practicalities of designing for physical spaces
Experience of working on the digital, virtual and film aspects of events
Enjoys the pitch process and presenting creative work
Will be reporting directly to the board
Will be working closely with our in-house visualiser and content team as well as freelance talent
