Role Description

Our client is an incredible Events & Communications Agency who create outstanding live brand and live events experiences. Their work includes experiential marketing campaigns, product launches, conferences, incentive programmes, exhibitions, VIP experiences, store launches, hospitality programmes, digital campaigns, brand films, internal communications programmes and much more!
They are actively recruiting within their event production team. If you are an experience Producer or Senior Producer with extensive experience of managing large scale events and conferences, we would love to hear from you.
This role will work in collaboration with the wider business on global events and working on productions for world-class blue-chip clients.
Working closely with a talented team, you will be responsible for creative and operational event production to include content.
Senior/Producer Responsibilities
Take ownership of own assigned projects ensuring flawless delivery from start to finish, ensuring an exceptional client experience every time
Support the Executive Producer or other colleagues in the design and delivery of larger more complex projects
Develop the production brief in collaboration with internal colleagues and the client, turning ideas into practical solutions and giving advice and support on how to ensure the client experience is consistent, positive, and memorable
Oversee the content design and development, working closely with the client and internal teams to design content and event agendas
Research, source and manage appropriate creative solutions such as interactive technology, theming, entertainment, and guest speakers
Negotiate, scrutinise, and manage supplier contracts to ensure value for money and consistent delivery to agreed standards and deadlines
Manage any live aspects of the project, effectively liaising with colleagues, suppliers, and venue staff to implement the brief, address any issues, own, and solve problems and adapt plans as required, to meet client expectations and to deliver an exceptional event
Develop and own timely and accurate budgets to ensure effective delivery of the event; proactively manage budgets, identifying issues and addressing these early with colleagues or clients, as appropriate, with the aim of delivering outstanding VFM for the client
Ensure all project deliverables meet required standards and enhance the reputation of Nteractive as a quality partner to clients
Seek to continuously improve projects, regularly reviewing delegate and client feedback against project objectives
Manage small teams providing day to day guidance and support as required, sharing knowledge and experience to develop their skills and always demonstrate company values
Strong inter-personal skills to develop effective relationships with suppliers, clients, and colleagues
Ability to manage and develop relationships with senior clients, VIPs, and stakeholders
Ability to manage, mentor and develop others to develop their talents and skills
Ability to work collaboratively and respect the views of others
Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects
Highly motivated and passionate with a can-do approach to finding solutions and delivering customer service
Strong, persuasive communicator both written and verbally
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Ability to work at pace and under pressure
Proven hands-on experience in a similar Producer role
Demonstrable confidence in designing content and event agendas
A track record of delivering high quality customer focused services
Sound knowledge of event design including different types of visuals, staging, venue design
Good financial and business acumen with experience of contract management
Competence managing project budgets of at least £1m
Proven Excel skills at advanced level and sound ICT skills in general.
Experience working in a range of disciplines including video production and digital media
Quiet home environment from which to work on up to two days per week (although the successful candidate may be required to be office based on more than three days during busy periods, to aid team collaboration or meet client needs)
