A multi-faceted events and communications agency, founded 10 years ago, and now serving a number of clients globally in healthcare, pharmaceuticals and consumer goods, with 50 talent events and marketing professionals. The business provides a full range of communications solutions from creative assets and branded programs to exhibitions, leadership meetings and both analog and digital communication platforms. 

Last year over 1,000 people worked on projects with us, covering strategy, creative concept writing, campaign development and execution in print, web, video, art and graphics. The company is going through a significant expansion phase with a corporate rebrand and several new team members joining in the coming months. 

The company is privately owned by the founder who is the full time agency head. We have a young, energetic team based around the world.

Projects vary and include product launches, leadership summits, award ceremonies, and internal comms events. Our successful Senior Event Producer, or Executive Producer will need to have around 10 years’ experience in producing events.


Our point of difference is big agency ideas with small agency speed and service. For the majority of our clients we are heavily involved in content development, distillation and visualization. The roles are therefore hands-on with the need for deep engagement in the story our client wants to tell and then attention to detail in executing across multiple touchpoints, often both analog and digital. We regularly support over 40 separate brand teams and so relationship development and management is critical to success. Roles will regularly interact with senior leadership of blue chip companies. As a global agency we work with clients across multiple time zones and need to manage the complexities of multinational initiatives with appropriate local adaptation.

Traffic Manager

Traffic Manager is the main point of contact for all creative resourcing across the organisation, responsible for maintaining a smooth workflow across each department and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, while ensuring the output is of the highest quality. You will be experienced in resourcing, having already held a role as either a Resourcing Manager or Traffic Manager, ideally within a creative agency setting. You will also need to possess the ability to quickly assess and make decisions to deliver the best outcome.

Day to day responsibilities

  • Use your knowledge to place the right people on the right jobs according to their skillset/abilities to ensure consistency of resource. Full understanding creatively of briefs and what resources are required creatively to execute briefings.

  • Respond to any urgent requests and draft in contractors where required from our bank of approved contractors.

  • Liaise with clients where required

  • Morning meetings with PowerPoint/Graphic Design and Video teams to ensure all designers have work allocated and have briefs

  • Ensure all designers have required job codes to enable them to log their hours onto the MyHours System, and ensure that all staff are following timesheet processes

  • Ensure all contractors booked are briefed in a timely manner

  • Add all plans to the Excel/Teams sheets and assign tasks so that briefs are visible to team members

Weekly responsibilities

  • Weekly planning calls with producers and design team heads to ensure we have enough designers to cover the workload / let Producers know where possible if there are gaps to bring any work forwards

  • Weekly calls with the Design heads to discuss the following week(s) workloads giving information where available on upcoming event plans etc

Monthly responsibilities

  • Run monthly recons for all design retainers so that clients can be invoiced, keeping budgets and records up to date

Experience required

  • Experience in a Traffic/Resourcing management role preferably within an agency setting

  • A good understanding of the Creative processes from concept to production

  • Skilled across Microsoft office, particularly within Microsoft Excel and Outlook

  • Exceptionally organised with the ability to manage deadlines effectively

  • Checking of creative outputs before sending on to producers/clients

  • Friendly with the ability to build lasting relationships

  • Experience in client management preferable

  • Fluent English language (written and spoken)
